Come view the final Invisible City on Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 15 & 16.
Over 25 women artists share their findings on vacancy, density, the grid, the plaza, the bridge, public/private, desire, and history through words, dance, image, and sound.
WHEN & WHERE to view The Invisible City:
Saturday, Nov. 15, 7-9pm. Outdoor screening of Invisible City film footage. Parking lot at intersection of 6th and Toole Avenues. (Suggested donation: $5)
Sunday, Nov. 16, 5:30 pm. Live performance on top of the Pennington Street Parking Garage, Pennington St. and 6th Ave. (Tickets: $10) (Plenty of parking in the garage, $2 for first 4 hours)
Dress warmly.

You’ll find the Invisible City on Congress St. this weekend. We’ll be working out of Dinnerware Artspace, 264 E. Congress. But you’ll likely see us up and down the street and in Arizona Ave. alley, between 5th and 6th Avenues.

The project launches this weekend with a required orientation session for all Invisible City artists and the beginning of public work.
Orientation session: Friday, Oct. 17, 2008, 5-7pm. (closed to the public)
First public work day: Sunday, Oct. 19, 2-6 pm (OPEN to the public).
Where: Meet both days at Design Co*op, the big orange building at 174 E. Toole Ave, (formerly concept: MOCA). You can’t miss it!
Wear comfortable/warm clothes. We’ll be working outside.
